As well as feeling POSITIVE in both BODY and MIND being regulary active can REDUCE YOUR RISK FACTOR for developing some serious health issues, for example: Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Coronary Heart Disease or Osteoporosis.  Should you have any of these conditions then exercise may help control them and prevent them from developing further.  

Always see your GP before commencing an exercise programme if in any doubt regarding your own personal health.  
 
Thank you for taking time to have a look at my site.  I have been teaching exercise classes for over 20 years in a variety of places from village halls to leisure centre to private health clubs. 

I am passionate about the positive effect that regular exercise can have on all of us and very much want to share my enthusiasm and knowledge to motivate clients to feel good about themselves and achieve their personal goals.  
 
My aim is to provide exercise classes for a variety of ages, abilities and preferences that are...
