My name is Alison and my aim is to offer a variety of exercise classes that are friendly, supportive and motivating, whether you are a beginner or experienced exerciser. Promoting realistic, enjoyable, long term adherence to exercise rather than quick fix, short lived solutions.

Having recently completed a Certification in the 3rd Age Woman, Peri to Post Menopause Wellness Coaching, looking at Exercise and Diet along with Lifestyle Choices, I will be offering small group sessions over the coming months relating to further knowledge gained. Having worked for over twenty years in the fitness industry, in either Private Health Clubs, Leisure Centres or Community Venues, my aim is to deliver sessions that are safe, effective, achievable while being a bit of fun too!
