Tuesdays

10.15am - 11.15am The Ladies Fitness Hour at Marchington

- An all round exercise to music class, ideal for the mature adult wishing to "keep-fit" or someone new to exercise.  All areas of fitness are considered such as cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, posture, motor skills and a bit of fun too!  No floor work performed.

2pm - 3pm Pilates at Kingstone

- This class is suitable for a beginner, mature adult or anyone with health conditions looking for a more gentle Pilates session.

7.30pm - 8.30pm Strength & Conditioning at Abbots Bromley 

- A high intensity workout to target all areas of the body, plenty of squats, lunges, body weight exercises and planks :-) plus floor work and a stretch to finish.
  

Wednesdays

2pm - 3pm Pilates at Abbots Bromley

- A light plus to medium intensity Pilates session.

Thursdays

9.15am - 10.15am Pilates at Abbots Bromley 

This session is aimed at the more experienced Pilates exerciser.
