Mondays

9.30am Strength & Conditioning (HITT Style) at Abbots Bromley 

- A high intensity circuit style workout to target all areas of the body, plenty of squats, lunges, bodyweight exercises and planks :-)
  
11.00am Pilates at Abbots Bromley

- A light plus to medium intensity Pilates session.

2pm Pilates at Kingstone

- This class is suitable for a beginner, mature adult or anyone with health conditions looking for a more gentle pilates session.

Tuesdays

10.00am The Ladies Fitness Hour at Marchington

- An all round exercise to music class, ideal for the mature adult wishing to "keep-fit" or someone new to exercise.  All areas of fitness are considered such as cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, posture & motor skills.  No floorwork performed.

Thursdays

9.00am Pilates at Abbots Bromley 

This is currently a private group session.  Currently full (April 18) Please register any interest.
